Georgia Lee Boudoir
Georgia Lee was one of the Interior’s more notable “Good Time Girls” with a very profitable business in her house on the 4th Avenue line. She had a good heart, was a good business woman, and in her later years started the territory’s first Animal Welfare League. The home to which she retired was originally next door to the Alaska Heritage House but now serves as the headquarters office building at Pioneer Park, a beautiful outdoor exhibition center located approximately one and a half miles from the Alaska Heritage House. This spectacular red room is perfect for anniversaries, homecomings, and other special occasions.
